Southside Booty Camp was created to help woman feel confident and strong in their bodies. We are a community minded holistic fitness program that mixes functional resistance and cardiovascular training outdoors in our beautiful Seattle Parks. Booty Camp uses a diverse range of modalities designed to keep the heart rate up and build lean muscle. The unique combination of exercises can be adjusted for various fitness levels within a supportive community of women.
